Exchange and Returns
At Chinyere, we are committed to providing our valued customers with a seamless shopping experience. To ensure your satisfaction, please read and adhere to the following terms and conditions for returns and exchanges:
Exchange
All products purchased from Chinyere online store can be exchanged within 15 days only if:- The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery
- The received item(s) differ from the original order.
- The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product.
Procedure:
- You must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing customercare@sehas.ae or calling at +971 50 100 5834 in case you want to raise an exchange request with your order number.
- Once the return request is approved, you will be notified via email or call to send us the item back on the provided address. You will be responsible for shipping us the item back and share tracking details.
- Upon receiving the items back, our warehouse staff shall inspect it accordingly to your complaint and as per the exchange conditions. On, approval, the items the replacement items will be shipped back to you along with Online Credit Voucher against the shipping charges borne by you for exchange purposes.
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:
- Exchange request is made after 7 days of delivery of order.
- Product is damaged because of use.
- Product has been tampered.
- Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing and freebies.
You can exchange for any items that is equal to or above the value of the returned item. If the new item is of a higher value, you must pay the difference.
Return
We regret to inform you that at this time, we are unable to process returns or issue refunds for international online purchases. Shipping & Handling Costs
We apologize for any inconvenience, but we cannot cover shipping costs for returns, except under the following circumstances:
- If the item arrives damaged to the customer.
- If an incorrect item is delivered.
- If there's a promotional offer for free shipping.
For all other situations, you will need to cover the expense of returning the item to us.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us at customercare@sehas.ae
